Refund policy

Returns

Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt of item, and will be assessed via the tracking information.

The items being returned must be in its original & resellable condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted only when the item is in its original & resellable condition unless the item was received "damaged" & the exchange request is made within 30 days of purchase. The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

Damaged Items

If you've received a damaged item, immediately take a photo and continue to file a claim with us. We will replace your item free of cost!
